Years Flying: 45
Favorite airplane you’ve ever flown: Cessna 210
Aviation Background: It started as personal recreation then flew engineers to job sites, aerial photography, misc. flight inspections, and appraisals. Then my own architectural firm to job sites and construction photos. Aviation Philosophy: Fly safe, the weather rules, and when you are flying make sure that is ALL you are doing. Why do you instruct? The greatest thing that ever happened to me was once when I was 9 years old, again when I was 18 yrs old, someone took me flying! I want to give back that great experience to as many people as possible. What made you want to learn to fly? My mom said ‘airplane’ was the first word I could say….I look up for any airplane noise I hear since then. Best Aviation Related Experience / Memory: I was working in Arlington for a previous FBO in 1980 and I delivered a Cardinall Cessna 177 to Love Field in Dallas, TX and brought to Arlington a Lockheed 60. A great experience!! |
